
The value of commercial and military deals and contracts announced during the first three days of the Dubai Airshow 2019 exceeded 177 billion dirhams after the third day witnessed the signing of giant companies agreements to buy aircraft or supply spare parts or maintenance contracts. The deals of the UAE Armed Forces for the second day of the exhibition have recorded about 7 billion dirhams.
On the third day of the exhibition, Air Astana announced the signing of a letter of intent agreement to purchase 30 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft valued at $ 3.6 billion (approximately AED 13 billion) at the current price list. Republic of Ghana to buy three Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners worth $ 877.5 million (AED 3.2 billion) at the current price list.
