The Knowledge Summit 2019 culminated in its second day yesterday with the selection of Dubai as a Knowledge City for 2020. A group of experts launched the Knowledge Cities initiative, in cooperation with pcw and under the umbrella of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation.
Dubai was chosen as part of its contribution to global knowledge, with the launch of a set of specialized knowledge reports and its interest in promoting this aspect. “Dubai is a global city, and as a result of its great initiatives in knowledge creation, we have launched this initiative,” said Professor Laurent Probst, Director of PCW’s Research Unit.
