A witness from Dubai Police said that information received by the Anti-Human Trafficking Department indicated that the accused MZ (Bengali) was forcing a girl to engage in prostitution by beating her and holding her in an apartment in Al Muteena area. Going up to the apartment, the victim was seen having dinner with another woman, and the police noticed that the victim was in an abnormal condition and suffered from mental disorders.He spoke to herself, looked up and laughed for no reason, and performed each prayer period .
The witness added that by asking the defendant about his relationship with the victim, and the reason for her presence in his residence, he denied coercing her into prostitution, pointing out that she was his partner in the housing, but he admitted to beating her several times and restricting her, attributing it to his inconvenience and refusal to eat .
The other woman, who was eating with her, who is accused in the case, stated that she was staying in a room in that apartment with her brother, who persuaded her to bring others to live with her in order to help her pay the rent, including the defendant and another woman, and a second man later from the state. When she arrived, she began to cry and begged the defendant not to force her into prostitution.He told her that bringing her to the state cost him 10,000 dirhams, and that she should pay that amount if she wanted to be free from his grip.I pledged to work another job and pay the money. She was handcuffed, beaten and detained until a Pending psychiatric disorders.
Asked why the woman did not inform the police about what the victim was subjected to after she knew she was a child, she said that she was in violation of residency laws, because she had escaped from her sponsor about a year ago, her visa was expired, and she worked as a domestic maid. Or told the police about her detention .
Dubai police showed the girl to the psychiatric department of Rashid Hospital, and showed excessive nervousness and anxiety and fear, and abnormal behavior, including undressing, and was provided with the necessary treatment until her condition improved .
