Hafid El Morabti, regional manager of business development at Ascot International Hotels Group, said the group will open next year the Citadines Hotel Culture Village in Dubai.
He pointed out that the new hotel has 100 apartments, and will serve businessmen and tourists for a short and long term.
He added that the group is currently studying a number of new hotel projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, considering Expo 2020 a real opportunity for all hotels and tourist destinations to raise their business and increase occupancy.
Ascott has 17 hotels in the Gulf region, with three hotels in the UAE, two of which are operational – Ascott Park Place, Citadines Metro Central Dubai and soon Citadines Culture Village Dubai.
