DUBAI (Reuters) – A total of 99 heroin capsules have been seized in the bowels of an Asian passenger seized at Dubai International Airport while attending the UAE, the public prosecutor said on Thursday.
The prosecutor charged the 25-year-old traveler with bringing and possessing narcotics for the purpose of promoting in cases other than those legally authorized. Suspect

The prosecutor said that “the defendant arrived at Dubai International Airport from his home country, where one of the inspectors suspected him and displayed on the X-ray detector to see the capsules in his bowels.”
The defendant admitted that he had brought the pulses at the request of a drug dealer in his home country to hand them over to a man in Dubai in exchange for money.
