Lamborghini develops a residential project in the “One Square” area of ​​Dubai

The Royal Pearls project, which is being developed by the Lamborghini company in the Maidan One area in Dubai, includes 7,500 residential units.

The first phase of the project is expected to be completed – according to the Emirates Today newspaper by next year, with more than 1,500 housing units completed.

The project includes the world’s longest indoor closed ice skating hall with a length of 1.2 km, and a multi-purpose gym with an area of ​​25 thousand square meters.

The project also includes a track for running and cycling with a length of 5.3 km and a wooden track with a length of nine kilometers, the largest dancing fountain in the world with a length of 420 meters and a beach with a length of 300 meters, in addition to a public square that can accommodate up to 60 thousand people, and a heritage village.
