Samana Real Estate Development has launched a 100 million dirham project, Samana Golf Avenue, in Dubai Studio City.
According to Al Khaleej newspaper, the project is scheduled to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022.
Designed according to the resort style, it includes a small golf course, indoor and outdoor sports halls, a large swimming pool with a private area for drinks and refreshments, a jacuzzi, a children’s play area and a pool with lots of green spaces and innovative water designs, to create a healthy lifestyle.
