Emaar unveils Crown Tower in Dubai

Emaar Properties today announced the launch of the new ‘Crown Tower’, a 44-storey luxury residential tower that sits on the vibrant Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, which decorates the downtown area of ​​Dubai and features direct views of the Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa. The Hong Kong-based company, LWK Partners, has designed the new tower, which includes 440 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, all overlooking Dubai’s most prominent and attractive landmarks.
