Emaar Properties today announced the launch of the new ‘Crown Tower’, a 44-storey luxury residential tower that sits on the vibrant Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, which decorates the downtown area of Dubai and features direct views of the Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa. The Hong Kong-based company, LWK Partners, has designed the new tower, which includes 440 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, all overlooking Dubai’s most prominent and attractive landmarks.

In its design of the Crown Tower, Emaar took into account all the details and elements that ensure the comfort of the residents, as it is a few steps away from the most prominent landmarks of Dubai that include the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain, alongside the Burj Park and Dubai Opera, and only about 10 minutes by car from Dubai International Airport. The tower also has a direct entrance to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, as well as a courtyard designated for loading and dropping off the residents of the tower and taxi passengers.
Residents of the Crown Tower will have a uniquely designed reception hall, in addition to a multi-use hall that can be used and used as a meeting place and to communicate with other residents. The tower also boasts a spacious entertaining balcony with many exterior features, such as green spaces for relaxation and rest, a children’s play area, and a designated barbecue area, as well as a swimming pool for children and adults.
In addition, the tower roof provides a unique experience for its residents to enjoy the exterior space with a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa. Also among the innovative facilities of the Crown Tower is the pedestrian bridge that connects it from the side of the multi-use hall to the tower adjacent to it, and is covered with reflective materials during the day and exposed at night.
